The UAE PDPL contains specific provisions governing cross-border transfers and sharing of personal data. Where a Customer requires specific contractual controls for international data transfers, the applicable data-processing agreement or service contract will address those requirements.

AbisTech applies technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risks associated with personal-data processing. Depending on the Service, measures may include:
